Once your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive a confirmation email or text message from us with your tracking number and you can track your order 24 hours a day on either the Australia Post or Aramex website. You will also receive emails or text messages from us at every stage of your orders shipping process

We use flat rate shipping for every state, metro and country - the shipping cost is dependent on the size and weight of your order.
We have agreements with Australia Post and Aramex and pick the most cost effective shipping carrier based on your destination, order weight and size so you get the best shipping cost at a flat rate
All framed art prints are made to order and this takes on average between 7 - 10 business days to complete.
Once your art prints are framed, they will typically be shipped within 24hrs.
We take extreme care as we use glass not perspex in our frames.
Your framed artwork is encased in bubble wrap with thick cardboard barriers either side of the frame. We then insert your framed artwork into a thick custom made box to ensure it is protected whilst in transit to you
All unframed art prints are shipped between 24hrs to 48hrs after your order has been placed.
If your order is placed on Friday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
We take special care when packaging your prints ready for shipment, to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition.
We carefully surround each print in acid free tissue paper and ship your unframed prints in heavy duty mailing tubes to your desired destination.
Residential Address
Using your home address as your delivery address, is the most common address our customers use.
Business/Work Physical Address
You can even make the delivery address your work address so you are able to receive your order when it is due to be delivered.
Australian Post Box
As we have two carriers Aramex and Australian Post - we suggest not using your Australian Post PO Box as Aramex is unable to deliver your order to an Australia Post PO Box

It's important to us that you not only have a great shopping experience with us, but that you receive your order quickly, so you can hang your art prints on your walls.
When your payment confirmation has been received your unframed prints will be dispatched within a 48 hour period (orders received after midday on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday). If we identify a delay for any reason, we will contact you and explain the delay and when to expect your order to be dispatched.
Your framed prints will take a little longer and that's because we custom make each frame here at The Good Poster Co. It takes us on average 7 - 10 business days to finalise your frame and 24hrs to securely pack your order and ship.
You can expect to receive your order between 2 - 5 business days after you have received your shipping confirmation. If you are in a rural residence it may take longer than this to deliver your purchase.
In the unlikely event your order does not arrive within the timeframes outlined below;

Yes, all of our art prints framed and unframed are insured against accidental damage whilst in transit from The Good Poster Co. to your shipping address.
When your order has arrived at your delivery address, then your order is no longer covered by insurance.
